Mud puppies

Last week (back when it actually felt like spring) we had a nice warm day and the kids took advantage of the spring weather for a mud bath.
It started out small.




Ari even got a touch dirty this time. In the past she simply watched. She didn't venture all the way in, but it was a start.

It's all over now, the dirt wins.




Then they needed to jump muddy style.



Then one more romp in the mud before getting hosed down to come in to the shower.




Ari was ready to go in waaaaay before everyone else was.

Water park

Everyone had so much fun at the water park on Thanksgiving that Grandma and Grandpa decided it was time to do it again! We had lots of swimming fun. The big kids were all about the big slide, and swimming all over the place and the little kids loved the kid pool area and the smaller slides. Kole had on his super floatie swim suit this time so he and Ari both did pretty well swimming around like big kids. Kole even decided to try out the little slides this time.

crazy weather

Weather's nuts around here. We've had crazy foggey days, which were fun to play in.
The boys were up early, so they got to go out in the fog and run around.






Then the girls got up so they came out for a little while too



A few days later it's a nice warm day, not coats, flowers are coming up, playing out side time.


I think it's funny that Anna has pictures just like this, blowing bubbles one day, and snow the next day. we just happened to find a jar of bubbles left from last year, so they got to blow some bubbles.
and then the next day, a big snow storm.
