"the field"

One of my favorite things about our house sitting up on the hill and looking down onto "the field" is the pretty sunsets that we see. And when there is humidity in the air, we see that too. The whole field fills up with fog, put that with a pretty sunset, and you get quite a site, and an occasion for me to take millions of pictures.
Last night was just such a night, so here are a few of the pictures.

The girls wanted to walk into the fog, so we went down the hill into the field, we walked around in it until the sun was just about to go down and leave us in the dark. On the way back to the house I snapped this picture,
and even as I was taking it it reminded me of another picture, so I had to dig it out and scan it in. They were probably 1 and 3. Time flies, but sisters are forever.

That is so sweet that they hold hands. I love the two pictures compared. Sister are forever...sniffle.

Awww...that is sweet and they happened to be on the same side on both pictures. You should frame those two together with a really good "sister poem" maybe even add a childhood picture of you and your sister.

Great photos. Girls are growing so fast. Love to see them change from little girls to grown up girls. All are growing so fast...

Hey, are they the same height? Love the fog pix and that they wanted to walk in it!

they are pretty much the same height right now. They always are for a while, then Isabella grows a bit, then Sophia catches up again.

Your sand cake was soooo cute, and it looks like the kids thought it was delicious. I also love the idea of the gift exchange and the looser winning the prize. These kids have an awesome life!
As for the sister pictures, WOW! And we 4 have a couple of good sister poems we could share.
