A few weeks ago we had our monthly WOW week at Church (WOW is With Out Walls, once a month we do some sort of outreach/community project for people outside the walls of the church) This month's project was making prayer bears that were then taken to a few local shelters to be given to kids living there. They were also given to the fire department and various other places.
The girls got to stuff the bears, write a prayer and put it inside, and then sew up the side of the bear. (the major sewing was already done, they just had to stitch up the whole that they put the stuffing into) Then we prayed for the kids who would receive the bear, and away it went to find a child in need.

I got to take some pictures for a friend recently and some of my kids couldn't stand the thought of my taking down all the equipment without taking their pictures too, so I took a few quick shots of them.Miss Ari was first.

I want a background too for picture taking! Great picture of Xander there at the end. And I like Ari sticking her head in front of Xander's pose. Very cute.
Great bears. Love to see them learning to sew. Good hobby. And Ari, she is so funny. Alexander has his moments too.. hee hee, little Nikolas is so sweet.
